The basic idea of BolySolar Tree is to use mirrors to allow double-sided Solar Energy utilization, so to reduce solar energy system cost and generate electricity in longer hours. Compared to conventional fixed-mount PV panel systems or Tracker-mounted PV systems, BolySolar Tree brings in many advantages:

· On a per-watt basis, it is typically 30%+ cheaper than conventional fixed-mount PV systems but has 20-30% more electricity generation hours.

· It has the same working hours as a tracker-mounted PV system and generates 20-30% more electricity with the cost of a tracker;

· The longer electricity generation hours reduce the energy storage need of Grid operators.

· It has less installation and maintenance cost than Tracker-mounted PV systems and is ideal for Commercial Installations where safety is an issue.

· The economics of BolySolar Tree allows it to compete with any electricity generation method with the need of government subsidy.

The BolySolar Tree technology has many variant and advanced implementations which will further enhance its competitivity in the Renewable Energy market. Due to the simplicity, the basic designs will enter mass production from as early as Q1, 2019. We are excited to see that from now, renewable energy will be able to compete with conventional energy on a massive scale without any government subsidy.
